Buying? Before
you can purchase a property, you need to feel comfortable about
where you are buying and the price of properties in that area.
I offer you the convenience of searching our
entire market online – or just the
properties that meet your criteria.
Your time is very valuable. I can keep you current with
new properties that suit your profile as soon as they come on
the market.
I have the experience to advise you in all aspects of your
transaction. From writing a contract through closing, details
DO make the difference. My staff and I are committed to
walking you through each step. I have a thorough knowledge of
market trends, including local inventory supply, buyer demand
and rising and/or falling interest rates and how these factors
might impact negotiating strategy at the point of sale. I am
also knowledgeable of recent comparable sales and new properties
entering the market.
I will never rush you into acceptance; however, time
is often of the essence in contract negotiation, and I have had
great success in encouraging all parties to the contract to
“keep talking” in the hopes of reaching a successful conclusion
to the negotiations. This approach may take more time, but it
almost always translates into more dollars in your pocket at the
closing table.
Another valuable difference between the levels of service I
offer and others offer is my ability to ensure that your
interests are protected during the time from contract to
closing. There are a myriad of details that must be addressed,
including important dates to be met, inspections to be attended,
issues to be resolved. My office tracks all the details and
keeps you informed throughout this critical period either by
e-mail or by telephone.
I am an excellent resource for you when it comes to selecting
a closing agent, attorney, mortgage contact, and home inspector.
When it comes to your purchase, I will help you in any way
possible.
I have 100% client satisfaction!

Mortgage Information The decision to finance your home purchase can be one of your most important decisions. With all the mortgage products available today, even an experienced buyer can have difficulty choosing the right mortgage.
The type of mortgage that is right for you depends on many factors:
- Length of stay in home
- Current financial situation
- Financial goals
- College or retirement planning
- Credit history
- Assets
The best way to sort though the options is to talk with a mortgage loan officer. Call your bank or mortgage company to set up an appointment for a loan pre-qualification or pre-approval. A pre-qualification is an estimate of the amount of mortgage you are likely to qualify for. It is not binding on the financial institution. A pre-approval is an actual loan commitment prior to a signed purchase agreement on specific property.
